Dalia Lourenço has more than a decade of professional experience in over 22 international roles across 8 countries working with the UN and other international organizations. 

 

While working for the UN, Dalia noticed a pattern, she hadn’t applied for a job in several years, yet she was getting great job offers.  But why?  What was she doing different?  

 

She realized she was a sought-after authority in her field. So much so, she was getting offers for positions that never made it a job posting board (Dalia calls this the hidden job market).
